FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you'll still receive the edition already in progress, then it simply stops.
When do I need to subscribe by?+
Subscribe by the 15th of the month to receive that month's edition. Subscriptions after the 15th begin with the following month.
Is shipping included?+
Yes, shipping is included in the price. Letters are sent as untracked standard mail.
What if my letter doesn't arrive?+
Post can be slow. If it hasn't arrived within a month, write to [email protected] and we'll find a solution together. We don't offer refunds, but we won't leave you without your edition.
